FAQ.

  • What is cryoshipping?

Cryoshipping is the process of transporting biological materials, such as sperm, eggs, embryos, and other reproductive tissues, at ultra-low temperatures to ensure their preservation and viability for IVF procedures.

  • Is cryoshipping safe for my IVF materials?
Cryoshipping for IVF involves using specialized containers called dry shippers that are filled with liquid nitrogen. These containers maintain a stable cryogenic temperature to preserve the biological materials during transport. Our company ensures the safe and reliable delivery of these materials to IVF clinics worldwide.
  • What are the risks associated with cryoshipping for IVF, and how are they managed?

Risks associated with cryoshipping for IVF include potential temperature fluctuations, delays, and damage during transport. To manage these risks, we use state-of-the-art temperature-controlled containers, provide real-time tracking, and have contingency plans in place. Our experienced team ensures your materials are handled with utmost care throughout the process.

  • What happens if there is a delay or problem with my cryoshipping order?

In the rare event of a delay or issue, our customer service team will work closely with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We have contingency plans in place to mitigate any potential problems.

  • What is the insurance policy for the transportation?

Yes, we offer comprehensive insurance policies for transporting IVF materials. Our insurance covers potential risks, including loss, damage, and delays, providing you with peace of mind throughout the transportation process. The policy is $10,000 & $25,000, depending on the level that the customer chooses for the delivery.

  • How much IVF material can be transferred in one transportation?

You can transfer as much material as needed. We use two container types: a small 1.5-liter container, which holds three cryo canes (15 cm) and either three free wires or one plastic goblet with seven straws, and a big 3.5-liter container, which holds thirteen cryo canes (30 cm) and either five vials or two plastic goblets with seven straws. The transportation price is influenced by the container type and capacity. If more material is needed, multiple tanks can be combined, and the total will depend on the number of tanks required.

  • What documents are needed for transporting IVF materials?

Documents needed for cryoshipping IVF materials consist of a shipping agreement, consent forms, and medical documentation that includes all information about the samples. Our team will guide you through the paperwork process to ensure all necessary documents are completed and submitted.

  • What types of materials can be transported via cryoshipping?

Cryoshipping can transport a variety of reproductive materials, including sperm, eggs, embryos, ovarian tissue, stem cells, and other biological samples. Our specialized containers and handling procedures ensure the safe and secure transportation of all types of IVF materials.

  • What are the costs associated with cryoshipping for IVF?

The cost of transportation varies depending on the distance, volume, and specific requirements of the shipment. We provide detailed quotes based on your individual needs. Contact us for a personalized estimate.
